Our Founders
-
Anas, a Cambridge medic at Homerton College, is the driving force behind MedWarrior’s vision.
Passionate about levelling the playing field in medical school admissions, Anas founded MedWarrior to challenge the overpriced, outdated preparation that dominates the field. Through his tutoring, students have earned places at prestigious institutions, some even set to join him at Cambridge.
His mission was to create a platform built by students, for students - combining insider knowledge with fairness, transparency, and impact.

“Anas and Adam were wonderful hosts and I really enjoyed the workshop. Before it, I was feeling quite anxious about applying to such a competitive university for an incredibly competitive course but now, with their advice and support, I am a lot more confident and extremely excited to go on this application journey for medicine. MedWarrior has de-mythed and humanised the idea of applying to Cambridge for Medicine and I am very grateful for this!”

Absolutely.
At MedWarrior, your child’s safety is our top priority. All of our tutors are fully vetted, holding enhanced DBS checks and relevant certifications. We also maintain strict safeguarding standards during all sessions to ensure a secure and supportive learning environment, in addition to recording all online sessions for transparency.
You can have peace of mind knowing that your child is learning with qualified, trustworthy professionals who prioritise both education and safety.
-
Our specialist tutors are all medical students from world-class universities, giving your child access to a wide range of experiences and first-hand insight into the different application journeys for each school. Every session includes personalised feedback, so students aren’t just taught in general terms - they receive guidance tailored to their goals and their chosen medical schools.
At the same time, MedWarrior is led by Cambridge medical students who personally handpick our tutors, oversee the resources, and ensure every session meets the highest standard. We carefully select and train every tutor to deliver clear, structured, and engaging support. This combination of diverse perspectives with Cambridge-led quality control means your child benefits from the best of both worlds: insider knowledge across universities, delivered with consistent, top-tier teaching.

Our sessions run through Zoom, making it easy for students to join from anywhere. Each session is interactive - not just passive teaching; with ample opportunities to practise, ask questions, and receive personal feedback. To keep things safe and transparent, all sessions are recorded, which is later sent out to attendees. Students also get access to supporting resources, examples, and worksheets they can revisit afterwards. This means your child doesn’t just benefit from the live session, but also leaves with practical tools to keep building their skills.
-
Booking is simple - you can secure a place directly through our website in just a few clicks; our current programmes can be found here. We keep our pricing transparent, with no hidden fees, and ensure our tutors are fairly paid. More importantly, every session is designed to maximise value: students receive tailored guidance, recordings of the session, and resources they can use again and again. With MedWarrior, you’re not just paying for an hour or two online - you’re investing in structured, personalised support that makes a real difference to your child’s application.

That’s a fair question! We may be smaller, but that’s exactly why families choose us. As a growing team of current medical students from leading UK universities, we have every reason to go above and beyond for you. The truth is, being a smaller, dedicated team is exactly what makes us different. We’re not trying to process hundreds of students at once; your child isn’t just a number on a list - we know every student by name, and we tailor our support to their exact needs.
Larger companies can feel impersonal, but with us you’ll always get direct access, personal feedback, and a genuine commitment to helping your child succeed. And because our reputation depends on every single student’s experience, we work even harder to impress and support you from day one.

Yes. While no one can guarantee a medical school offer, our students consistently tell us that our support made a real difference to their applications. They leave sessions more confident, with clearer strategies and stronger answers. Many have gone on to secure interviews and places at top medical schools, including Oxbridge. Because we’re a small, focused team, we measure our success by every individual student’s outcome - and we’re proud of the progress each of our students achieve.
